Technical service pricing (Mon-Fri 9 am - 5 pm)

Preinstallation, installation, maintenance, phone & field support*	115,00 € / hour
Travel time per hour*	57,50 € / hour
Travel per kilometer	0,75 € / km

Other custom work as requested by the customer will also be charged at above pricing.

Weekend/emergency/evening (5 pm onwards) double charge (agreed in advanced) x2

(incl. country specific national weekday holidays)

Design, software development, engineering

Specialist work; designer, engineer*	175,00 € / hour
Senior specialist; demanding engineering*	265,00 € / hour

Per Diem
Daily per diems added based on current country specific rates from Finnish tax authorities recommendations.

Warehousing (pick up availability Mon-Fri 8 am - 4 pm)

Storing units higher than 160 cm**	20,00 € / unit / month
Storing Standard pallet**	15,00 € / pallet / month

Shipping Costs
Continental EU: actual costs + 10% handling fee
Outside continental EU: actual costs + 15% handling fee

Components, spare parts and equipment rentals (if applicable) will be invoiced separately.
A standard small parts and materials fee of 40,00 € will be added to all repair cases.
* Minimum time charged 1 hour
** The monthly fee is charged for the upcoming month
