WHERE THE EXPERIENCE BEGINS

Arriving by car

Fans and guests arrive at the venue, and upon entering the car lot, digital signs light the way, pointing them to open spaces and high-level venue facts and history. Did we mention the advertising opportunities?

Charging the car

Stepping outside the car into one of the hundreds of spots with EV charging available, guests plug in and head over to the payment terminals before the 5-minute walk to the entrance. It’s a seamless start to the evening.

Arriving by public transport

Fans begin trickling into the area and arriving at the location from buses, trains, and subways in and around the venue premises. They happen upon a few digital signage displays revealing some general information about the venue and event.

PRE-SHOW FESTIVITIES

Wayfinding and locating information

As fans pull out their phones and prepare to show their digital tickets, they’re confronted with a couple of towering interactive digital totems showing maps of their seats, dining and shopping areas, relevant ads, and even a QR code to receive a free souvenir at the shop.

Delighting in food and beverages

With still nearly an hour before the event starts, ordering some food for a bite to eat is done from one of 20+ touchscreen displays just after showing their tickets. No waiting, just order and it will be ready for pick up just 50 metres away up the concourse.

IT’S GAME ON

Shopping for fan merchandise

The opening band has been playing for 40 minutes and is just about to wrap up before the main event soon after. Time to jump on the opportunity to get some shopping in and pick up that free souvenir from the giant fan shop on the concourse level.

Infotainment during event

During the event, fans see diverse digital content on big screens, such as live action replays, real-time event statistics, interactive games, and sponsor ads, all enhancing the spectator experience by providing entertainment and information.

Promoting future venue events

About 1500 tickets remain for next week’s game at the same venue. There’s a promotional offer on some of the Kuori digital totems near the exits: fans who attended the show can get 50% off if they purchase their tickets before the following day and if tickets remain.
